Reservation Policies

All bookings, either confirmed or pending, are subject to A Dog’s World Terms and Conditions. Submission of a reservation request constitutes acceptance of these terms and your continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of the terms in force each time you use A Dog’s World.

Daycare:

• All dogs must pass a temperament test (no charge) and have proof of current Rabies, Bordetella, Dhpp and Influenza vaccines to attend daycare
• Free-roam daycare begins at 6am and ends at 8pm every day. We can gladly accommodate requests for early drop-off and/or late pick-up.  Please note, daycare dogs will be kenneled prior to 6am and after 8pm.
• All dogs scheduled for half-day daycare who exceed 4 hours will be moved to a full-day daycare and be assessed related charges at time of checkout.
• All dogs scheduled for full-day daycare who exceed 8 hours will automatically be assessed a $10 late pick-up fee.
• All daycare reservations for which there is a no-call/no-show will be assessed a $20 fee per dog.  The no-show fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

Daycare Packages:

• Entire cost of package must be paid up front to receive the package discount
• Full Day packages: Each day purchased is good for one full day (up to 8 hours) of daycare, any day of the week – there are no holiday blackout dates.
• Half Day packages: Each day purchased is good for one half day (up to 4 hours) of daycare, any day of the week – there are no holiday blackout dates.
• All days purchased must be used within 3 months of purchase.  Unused days will be forfeited.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer
• Package credits cannot be transferred to any other service and are non-refundable. Refunds in extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Days can be used for any dog from the same family

Boarding:

• All boarding reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking to confirm the reservation
• Deposit will be held on account and applied to the associated boarding at time of checkout
• Deposit is fully refundable provided reservation is canceled at least 72 hours prior to reservation start date.  Deposit will be refunded and credited to the owner’s MoeGo account.
•  All no-shows or cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit the entire deposit

Grooming:

• All dogs must pass a temperament test (no charge) and have proof of current Rabies, Bordetella, Dhpp and Influenza vaccines to be groomed at our facility.
• Any cancellation of a scheduled grooming appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services. These charges will automatically be applied to the credit card on file.
• All no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled services.  These charges will automatically be applied to the credit card on file.
