Boarding

We are pleased to offer discounted packages for boarding at select times throughout the year.  While the day we make them avilable varies, we have at least one offering per quarter where – for the period of about one week – a limited number of boarding packages are available for purchase.  Be sure to watch your email and follow our Facebook page, as we send emails and post announcements on the opening day of each sale.

When purchasing a boarding package, here is what you’ll need to know:

• Entire cost of package must be paid up front to receive the package discount
• Each night purchased is good for one night of boarding any night of the year
• All nights purchased must be used within 2 months of purchase date
• Cannot be combined with any other offer
• Package cannot be purchased with Paw Points and purchase of packages does not earn Paw Points
• Package credits cannot be transferred to any other service and are non-refundable. Refunds in extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Nights purchased for single dogs can be used for any dog from the same family; however, purchase of a package for multiple dogs must be used on multiple dogs in the same night and cannot be extended beyond the purchased number of nights.
• All dogs must pass a temperament test (no charge) and have proof of current Rabies, Bordetella, and Dhpp vaccines to be boarded
